Today is more actual the problem of implementing ICT in education. What do you think about this problem?

Yes of course. Every teacher must pass a training course for using information technologies in education. I think it must be the ICT course. Only information and communication technologies can improve teacher’s training , by providing access to more and better educational resources.
It also can improve communication and exchange of information between teachers and students.
